People
The people you know make a lot of difference in how successful you are in playing the game. You can track these via "People", "Inventory", or "World" tab of the game interface, depending on what you need to track.
Contacts
Specific people you know, who are ideally friends. These are the unique individuals with their own stories, desires, and secrets who can become your closest allies or most bitter enemies.
Crew
The people who are willing to work for you. Less detailed than contacts, but better allies than the organizations. They are the muscle, the specialists, and the expendable assets that form your personal enterprise.
Trusted Sidekicks: Your trusted henchmen among your Crew. They're more trustworthy and competent than normal Crew, but don't have distinct personalities the way Contacts do.
Organizations
Groups of people that you know. They may be friendly or hostile. This includes everything from violent street gangs and criminal syndicates to the monolithic megacorporations that truly run the world.
NPCs
The various named characters that populate the world. They are not direct contacts, but they have their own stories, roles, and secrets. From quest-givers to obstacles, they are the lifeblood of the city's narrative.
The Nameless
The countless faces in the crowd you may never know by name. The street vendors, the gangers on the corner, the corporate drone on the subway. They make the world feel alive and sometimes hold a crucial piece of information or a fleeting opportunity.
